Browse Sub Accounts

Use the Browse Sub-accounts window to locate existing or to add a sub-account. Sort the Browse Sub-accounts screen or select to create a new Sub- account. Select the button to edit or review an existing sub-account or double click to open. Sub-Accounts with a natural Debit balance are shaded in green, those with a natural Credit balance are shaded in yellow. A Sub-Account combined with a Department creates a Full Account.

Type indicates a Debit or Credit natural balance.

Status provides the status of the account.
