Access Closed Prepaids

Access Closed Prepaids list all Prepaids that have been set to a Status of Closed.

Limit the Closed Prepaids listed by selected dates in the Closed From and To fields using the drop down

The Prepaid ID

Any Comment added to the Prepaid

Customer Name

Name of the Operator who created the Prepaid

Date the Prepaid was Entered.

Expires displays the expiration date on the Prepaid

Agreement date of the Prepaid

Amount is the total amount of the Prepaid

Usage indicates the amount of orders settled with the Prepaid

Net Amt, Net Amount, is the amount of the Prepaid available for settling orders.
