AP Prepaid Status Detail report
Prepaid ID- The Prepaid ID
Vendor ID- The Vendor ID
Vendor Name- The Vendor Name
Prepaid Notes- Any note added to the Prepaid at the time the Prepaid was created.
Outstanding- The available balance of the Prepaid.
Prepaid detail- Lists all transactions the Prepaid was used to settle.
Report total- Counts the number of Prepaids on the report and totals the Outstanding column.
