Levels
Grant, edit or revoke access to menus, sub-menus and information by selecting the appropriate Level in the Accounts Payable Module.
Levels
Set a Level of access for each Option.
Level 0- No Access
Level 1- Full Access for Options with 0 -1 access available or View only if multiple Levels are available.
Level 2- Will vary based on the Option selected. See Level description for the Option for more information.
Level 3- Will vary based on the Option selected. See Level description for the Option for more information.
Level 4- Full Access
Modify the Level for a selected Option by choosing the new Level by typing the new number on the keyboard or clicking into the Set At field.
Options- Menu or function available to set access.
Levels- The level of access available for the option.
Set At- View the Level the Option is currently set at for the user account.
Level- Description of what menu, function or information for the Set At Level.
