Enter Transfers

Enter a Transfer of funds from one Bank account to another.

Access
Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Security > Cash Management > Menu Security > Enter Transfers.

Select the From Bank Account to transfer the amount from or select to search.

Select the To Bank Account to transfer the amount to or select to search.

Use the drop down calendar to enter the Transfer Date or use the mm/dd/yy date format.

Select the current or previous Transfer Period which is the Financial period the Transfer will be recorded.

This field populates with the default Deposit ID as set in Admin > Installation > Access Parameters > CM > Default Deposit ID. Edit the Deposit ID field if needed.

Enter a Reference for the transfer in this 16 character alpha-numeric field.

Enter a Description for the transfer in this 30 character alpha-numeric field.

Enter the Amount of the Transfer.

 

Select to add the transfer or to Cancel.
