Process Cleared Checks
Select and upload a file of cleared checks. These files are downloaded from the banks' portal.

This menu option is available if the Enable Fraud Protection Features parameter is enabled. |
Access |
Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Security > Cash Management > Menu Security > Process Cleared Checks. |
In the Selection field, select
- Bank Account
- Master Bank Account
Select the Bank Account by entering the Bank ID or select to search.
Active if Master Bank Account selected, enter the Bank Account ID or select to search.
Navigate to the location of the saved file and select Upload File.
Select to process the file which allows for a Proof copy before live processing.
