Generate a cumulative report for all vehicles detailing total cost and calculate cost per mile.

| Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Security > Vehicle Tracking> Menu Security > Operating Analysis. |
Create Your Report
Use the Cutoff Period drop down list and select the current or previous Period to include Cost through this Period on the report.
Select Preview to view the report onscreen.
Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.
