Finding information about Merchant Ag Financial menus and functions is easier than ever. Use the drop down menus on the Home page to select a topic, search by keyword or click an icon.

 

Click on the icon to access the Help topic for the most frequently used menu items.

Icons

Click an Icon to learn more about the most commonly used functions in Merchant Ag Fin.

- View the General Ledger account list.	- Access the Employee list associated with Payroll.
- View the Transaction Tracking Reference assigned to every transaction.	- Launch Browse PC Projects to view and select an active Project.
- Learn about Accounts Payable Vendors accounts.	- Browse the Vehicle list set up for Vehicle Tracking.
- View a listing of all Bank Accounts

Menus

All menus appear at the top of the window and provide access to all available functions listed. Select the menu title to learn more about each option available.

GL- General Ledger, all General Ledger accounts and financial reports.

AP- Accounts Payable, find Accounts Payable vendor accounts, enter and pay invoices.

AR- Accounts Receivable, Customer specific transactions such as payments and transactions.

Cash Mgmt Cash Management, All functions regarding Bank accounts.

Payroll - Process Payroll by creating Employees, recording hours worked or use Chronologer.

Project Costing- Track the Costs associated with Projects.

Vehicle Tracking- Enter Vehicles and track associated costs and revenue.

Report Writer- Contact our Software Support department for assistance with creating a custom report.

Exec Summary- Executive Summary, At a Glance Financial information for your organization.

Admin- Set company wide parameters and user security.

Use a Filter

Some screens allow the addition of a filter to focus the search for just the information you need. Select the Filter name to learn more about each option.
