• Group by Period- Select to add the Financial Period with sales activity to the grid.
• Group by Category- Select to view sales history by Item Category.

View the Total Sales since the date the account creation.

Cost of Sales provides the total cost of sales since account creation.

Access

Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Security > Accounts Receivable module > Menu Security > View Margin on Sales History

If permissions have been granted, the dollar amount of the Gross Margin based on customers total sales is available.
