Licenses Chemical Licenses

Enter and maintain Chemical Licenses for the customer account.

- Adds a line to add a new chemical license.

- Remove a chemical license.

When adding a new chemical license, use the drop down list to select the two letter abbreviation for the State.

Enter the Name of who holds the license, up to 40 alpha-numeric characters.

Provide the License of up to 20 alpha-numeric characters.

Indicate the Expires date using the mm/dd/yy date field or use the available drop down calendar.

Track when MSDS for Ammonium Nitrate, Material Safety Data Sheet for Ammonium Nitrate, was issued to the customer.

• Issued - Date a MSDS was provided to the customer.
• Expires - Expiration Date of the currently issued MSDS. After the Expires date, any new purchase of Ammonium Nitrate will prompt to provide a MSDS.

Note - No legal requirement currently exists but a best practice is to provide a MSDS yearly to those customers purchasing Ammonium Nitrate.
