This report provides a list of all Member accounts with Pay Patronage selected but the W-9 on File checkbox on the account is not selected.

| Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Security > Accounts Receivable > Patronage/Equity > Customers without W9s List |
Template- Defaults to the Default Report template.
Limit to Customers marked to Pay Patronage- Select to limit the report to member accounts that have the Pay Patronage checkbox selected.
Show Address- Select to include the member account address on the report.
Select Preview to view the report onscreen.
Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.
