View a list of all Member accounts with Pay Patronage selected but the W-9 on File checkbox on the account is not selected.
Customer ID- The member's Customer ID.
Customer Name- The Name on the account.
Contact Number- The telephone number on the account found in the Phone 1 field.
Contact Name- The contact name found in the Contact field on the account.
Tax Number- The number indicated in the Tax Number field on the account's credit tab.
Report count of all customers without W-9s on file is displayed.
