The AR Menu Overview
Find all Accounts Receivable functions by selecting the AR menu. Focus on just Customer accounts by selecting the Customers icon or use the F6 function key. Select the menu title to learn more about each option available.
Menu Options
Access Customers- View, Edit and Create Customer accounts.
Add/Change Customer Field Reps- Use Add/Change Customer Field Rep menu to update Field Reps for Management Groups, Management Regions and Responsible Locations.
Access Written Off Customers- View Customers with Written off AR Balances.
Access Bad Driver License Register- Track bad checks received from customers by requiring a drivers license when settling orders and batches or making an AR payment.
Access Payment Options- View, Edit and Create Payment Options. Need to enter a Customer Payment? Navigate to Enter Customer Payments for details.
Check Number Search- Search for payments by Check Number
Change Customer ID- Change the ID number of a Customer account.
Edit Credit Limits- Update Customer Credit Limits without access the full account.
Enter Customer Contacts- Utilize Merchant Ag PM to attach Customer communication to the account.
Enter Customer Transactions- Create Credit memos, Debit memos, and Finance charges for specific Customers.
Export AR Aging for NACM- Exports the Accounts Receivable Aging to the NACM credit agency.
Export Customer for Equifax- Create an export file of customer accounts.
Manage Publication Subscriptions- Manage the subscriptions to monthly publications for customers with Settable Subscriber or Settable Non-Subscriber selected on the account.
Merge Customers- Merge two customer accounts into one using this method.
Pay Interest- Use to calculate and pay interest on Customer credit balances.
Process Delayed Terms Interest Charges- Calculate and apply interest charges on Delayed Terms invoices
Process Finance Charges- Manually assess Finance Charges on past due accounts.
Process Future Due Interest Charges- Calculate and apply interest charges on Future Due Invoices.
Process Late Payment Fees- Fees can be assessed on Late Payments manually using Process Late Payment Fees.
Set Customer Sales Tax Status- Update the Tax Status, a Tax Exempt ID and Expiration Date on accounts.
Access Customer Web Logins- View, Edit and Create Customer Web logins.
