Patronage

Select Use Old ID in the Patronage Sales Export to include the information included in the Old ID field in customer detail.

This option is not selected by default.

Stock Ownership

In the Stock Ownership Threshold allows for up to five digits plus two decimal places.

The Stock Purchase Increment will be used for members due patronage to withhold money up to the entered threshold amount and require that stock must be purchased in increments of the dollar value specified. Values entered will be used with Assign Patronage changes completed in upcoming functionality.

This field is five digits plus two decimal places in length.

Use the drop down list in Withhold Stock From to choose

• Patronage (Cash Portion)

• Equity (Non-Cash Portion)
