Item Detail - PPDs - Prepaids

View a list of all Open Prepaids for an item which includes Customer Name, Quantity requested and Quantity Sold. See Access Open Prepaids for additional information.

Prepaid Quantity at the top of the grid displays the total of the Quantity column.

The Prepaid ID column displays the assigned Prepaid ID.

View the Customer ID and Customer Name on the Prepaid.

Entered displays the Date the item was added to a Prepaid.

Expiration Date of the Prepaid is added to the Expires column.

Quantity of the item requested on the Prepaid.

Quantity Sold displays the quantity of the item settled to a Prepaid on Orders and Batches.
