Set Feed items to use Site AO Settings and Site Market Cost Settings by using an Item's Sites tab and select the Mfg/Grain tab.

AO Mark Up % and $ - Enter a mark up percentage and/or dollar amount to be added to total ingredient market cost to determine the price of the feed.

Cumulative Price Revision - Enter a Cumulative Price Revision amount to be added to the total ingredient market cost when determining the price of an assembled feed. Also known as a competitive price adjustment.

AO Build To - Set the default build to location for this feed when placed on an assembly order.

  • Site - Often used for bag feed, as the feed is assembled and placed into the warehouse without knowing who it is going to be sold to.
  • Customer - Guaranteed - The feed will be placed on an order immediately after it is assembled which is useful for custom bulk feed that is always built to order.
  • Customer - Non Guaranteed - The feed will be placed on an order immediately after it is assembled, but will be billed by the ingredients instead of the main feed item, useful for custom bulk feed that is always built to order. Augusta is the only client that uses this option on some of their feeds.

Select Use Site Market Cost Settings to use Site specific Market Costs. If selected, the following fields are active.

  • Market Cost - Enter a Site specific Market Cost for the Feed ingredient to be used as the Future Market Cost in Pricing Rule Groups. If no Market Cost is entered, the Market Cost found on the Mfg>Grain>Manufacturing will be used.
  • Effective Date- Enter the new Effective Date for Market Cost or select from the drop down calendar.

Outstanding Stored Grain Qty - Shows the total quantity of stored grain for the client.

Pending Stored Grain Qty - Stored grain is considered pending when it has been used in an assembly, but the assembled item has not been sold to a customer yet.
