Snapshot of On Hand

Snapshot of On Hand sets a baseline on hand quantity for items and begins tracking inventory transactions until Multi-Bin Counts are entered. During Adjust Multi-Bin Counts, by selecting Compare to Snapshot, the entered Multi-bin count is adjusted by the total of inventory transactions that occurred between the time of the snapshot and when the Multi-Bin Count was entered.

Enter a Location ID or select F12 to search.

In the Category section, select All, one or multiple Item Categories to Snapshot.

Select OK to perform the Snapshot.

The physical Multi-Bin inventory count must occur immediately after the Snapshot of On Hand is taken.
