Location Stock

Select to receive an overview of On Hand and net available quantities of an item. Also included is the On Order and Transfer quantities for an Item.

The columns of the grid include

• Site- The Site ID
• Name- Name of the Site
• On Hand- Current On Hand quantity of the Item.
• Less Orders- Less the quantity on any open Order.
• Less Batches- Less the quantity on any open Batches.
• Less Layaway- Less the quantity on any open Layaways.
• Less Prepaid- Less the quantity on any open Prepaid.
• Less Booking- Less the quantity on any open Booking.

Prepaid and Bookings quantities appear on Location Stock only if enabled in Merchant Ag FIN in Access Parameters.

• = Net Available- Equals the Net Available quantity on the item.
• On Order- Includes the quantity of the item on Open Purchase Orders.
• In Transit- Includes the quantity In Transit expected from another Site as part of an Inventory transfer.
• To Transfer- Includes the quantity expected to be transferred to another Site as part of an Inventory transfer.
• Totals- Totals of all columns.
