The Inventory Menu Overview
Find all Inventory functions by selecting the Inventory menu, focus on just Item Detail by selecting the Item icon or use the F8 function key or select the Price icon or use F9 for limited Item information. Select the menu title to learn more about each option available.
Access Item Detail- Learn about creating Items and the information tracked as the item is used in transactions.
Item Price- View up-to-date but limited information on an item.
Access Open Assembly Orders- Assembly orders can be used to combine multiple components into one finished product.
Access Closed Assembly Orders- Any assembly orders that have been finalized, voided or reversed can be viewed and printed.
Access Veterinary Feed Directives- Use this menu to enter Veterinary Feed Directives and associate with Customer accounts and Items.
Cross Ref Search Manufacturer- Search all Active, Inactive and Delete Items by the Manufacturer's ID.
Cross Ref Search Vendor Item- Search all Active, Inactive and Delete Items by the Vendor Item ID.
Product Conversion- Convert a one ingredient item from one form to another such as changing a bulk item to a bagged item.
Product Labels- Print labels for Items.
Shelf Labels- Create Shelf Labels for Items.
Select the Rebate Reporting menu to learn how to create and understand Rebate programs.
Choose the Inventory Counting menu to access all methods available for counting Inventory.
Learn about all available Item Maintenance options.
Create and record all Inventory Movements available in Merchant Ag PM.
Access the Pricing menu to access all functions regarding pricing of items including Pricing Rule Groups, Sales, Promotions, and Coupons.
