Closed Feed Orders
Review all Closed Feed Orders, associated TTRs or reprint Order documentation. All Assembly Orders that are built to Customer Guaranteed or Customer Non-Guaranteed will be listed.
Search for a Closed Order
Search the Closed Order Detail screen with any individual or combination of active search fields. Select Find to conduct the search.
- Order #- Enter the Order number then click Find.
- Operator- Enter the three digit Operator number to find orders entered by one operator.
- Type- Order type, select Sale or Return from the drop down menu.
- Customer Name- Enter the Customer Name or select F12 to search.
- Customer ID- Enter the Customer ID number.
- PO Number- Enter the Customer's PO number.
- Inventory Site- Enter the Inventory site ID or Select F12 to search and view only orders with items from one Inventory site.
- Profit Center- Enter the Profit Center ID or select F12 to search and view orders for one Profit Center.
- Applicator License- Enter an applicator license or select F12 to search.
- Completed Date- Enter a date or select the drop down menu to select a date to view orders completed on that date.
Select a Closed Order
View a Closed Order found in Search results by double clicking on it or click once and click the Select button.
Order- Order Number
Customer- Customer ID number.
Customer Name- Customer Name on the order.
Operator- The Operator name of who entered the Order.
Order Date- Date of the Order.
P.C.- Profit Center where the order was processed.
Type- Transaction type on the Order, Sale or Return.
SO Associate- Service Order Associate name.
SO Needed- Service Order Date Needed by as selected during Order Entry.
SO Printed- The date the Service Order was printed.
Quote Exp- Quote expiration date if this Order generated a quote.
Total- Total of the Order.
Docs- Select the Docs button to reprint:
- Bill of Lading (Single)
- Bill of Lading (Multiple)
- Reprint Invoice
Reverse- Click the Reverse button to remove the entire Order from the system. This returns all items to inventory and creates a return transaction for the customer account.
Order #- Order number assigned to the transaction in Order Entry.
Operator- Name of the Operator who entered the order.
Type- Sale or Return will be indicated.
Customer Name- Name of the customer involved in the transaction.
Customer ID- Customer ID number.
Phone- Phone number 1 associated with the customer account will be displayed.
Tax Code- Tax code used for the transaction.
Inventory Site- Site ID for the location of items included on the order.
Profit Center- Profit Center ID for the transaction.
PO Number-Displays any customer purchase order number used.
Reference- On a reversal transaction, the original Order number will appear in the Reference field. On the original order, the number of the reversal transaction is referenced.
Items- Lists all items and services associated with this order.
Serial Numbers- Select to view all Serial numbers associated with the selected item. If serial numbers are associated the button will be active.
Applicator License- The application license selected if chemicals have been applied.
Authorized Agent- Select an Authorized Agent for the Applicator from the drop down list. See Access Applicators for more information.
Chemicals Applied- Selected if Chemicals have been applied.
Chem Delivered to:- Displays the name of the Chemical license as entered on the Customer Account.
Weight- Total weight of items on the order.
Lot Number- Any lot numbers associated with the order will be listed.
Service Order
- Associate- operator name of who is associated with the service order
- Needed- Date selected as the needed date for the service order
- Printed- Date the service order was printed
- by- Operator ID of who printed the service order
Completed Date- Date and Time the order was completed.
TTR- Transaction Tracking Record - the number assigned to this transaction.
Split Order- If this is a split order, the parent Order number will be displayed. Any split order will also be highlighted with yellow on the search results.
Assembly Order- For feed orders, the assembly order that was used to create the feed.
Ship Track- Not currently used.
Vehicle Tracking- Select to view which Vehicle is associated with the order.
Order Comment- View any order comment entered.
Amount Tendered and method- The amount of the transaction and method of payment is listed.
Sub Total- Sub Total of items and services for the order.
Sales Tax- Amount of Sales tax assessed on the order.
Total- Total of Sub Total and Sales Tax.
Discount Available- Amount of Accounts Receivable discount available to the customer.
If paid by- Date payment would need to be received in order to receive the discount.
Coupons- Select to view any Coupons applied to the transaction.
