Oil & Energy Sales Contracts Explained

Use a Sales Contract to offer Fuel Items to Customers at a specific price. Navigate to Oil & Energy Sales Contracts by accessing Oil & Energy > Contracts & Agreements > Open Sales Contracts.

Search for an Oil & Energy Sales Contract

Search for Sales Contract by selecting the Find button. See Select Oil & Energy Sales Contract to search for existing Sales Contracts.

 

Search for an existing Oil & Energy Sales Contract by using available active fields.

• Contract ID- Enter a Contract ID to search.
• Item- Enter an Item ID or select F12 to search for all sales contracts for the Item.
• Customer ID- Enter a Customer ID or select F12 for all contracts for a specific Customer.
• Customer Phone- Search for the customer by entering a phone number.
• Customer Name- Enter a Customer Name or select F12 to search.
• Operator- View all Sales Contracts entered for a specific Operator by entering the Operator ID or select F12 to search.
• Price Type- Focus on Sales Contracts with a specific Price Type by selecting from the drop down menu.
• Status- Select a Status of the Sales Contract.
• Expires- List contracts with a specific Expiration Date by entering or selecting a date from the drop down calendar.
• Agreement Date- List contracts with a specific Agreement Date by entering or selecting a date from the drop down calendar.

Access

Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Menu Security > Oil & Energy module > Main Menu > Contracts & Agreements.
