Select Customer

Begin by using the Customer Filter isolate a specific customer by entering additional criteria. Learn more here.

The Select Customer window displays all Customer accounts that fit the search criteria.

Select the Oil & Energy Only checkbox to view Customers using Oil & Energy only.

 

At a Glance Information

ID- Displays the Customer ID

Old ID- Any ID for the Customer account from a previous system.

Loyalty Card- The Loyalty Card ID for the Customer.

Name- Name on the Customer account

City- City associated with the account.

State- Two letter abbreviation for the Customers' State.

Zip Code- Zip code on the account.

Phone- The phone number indicated in Phone 1 on the account is displayed.

Balance- Current balance for the account.
