Access Open and Closed Orders Application Tab

Enable new functionality to select individual fields, assign one or multiple Vehicles and Applicators to Orders and Batches.

 

Select Allow User to Specify Acres per Field found in Merchant Ag FIN > Admin > Installation > Access Parameters > Fertilizer > General to activate the new tab found on Orders and Batches, Application. This allows Fields, Vehicles and Applicators to be selected as needed on Orders and Batches.

No additional permissions are required for users to utilize this new functionality.

Access Merchant Ag > Fertilizer > Access Open Batches or Orders > Access Open Orders and select the new tab, Application.

1. Add a Field to the Batch or Order or leave Unspecified. 2. Select one or more Vehicles for the Order or Batch. 3. Select an Applicator. Use either icon to Expand or Collapse all selections on the Batch or Order.

1. Add a Field

Once on the Application tab, select the Field icon. The default field that loads is titled Unspecified and the number of acres associated can be entered in the Acres field. Only one field can be selected if Unspecified is chosen. Enter the Acres for the field or use the red "x" to remove. Keep in mind there is no validation to the total acreage of the Order or Batch.

Customers who are utilizing Field Tracking within their accounts can select one or multiple fields.

2. Add a Vehicle

After a field has been selected, click on the vehicle icon to add one or multiple vehicles. If needed, remove a vehicle by clicking the red "x". Indicate the number of acres for each vehicle. Keep in mind there is no validation to the total acreage of the field.

If multiple fields are listed, one or multiple vehicles can be added to each field.

3. Add an Applicator

One or more applicators can be selected for Orders and Batches with the number of acres they are responsible for indicated in the Acres field. If needed, remove a vehicle by clicking the red "x". There is no validation to the total acreage of the field.
