View any closed Layaways by selecting the Closed Layaway menu. Use

Order Body
Use the Order Body tab Review items- Review all items for this Layaway which provides
- Item - Item ID for the item sold.
- Description - Item description.
- Units - Stocking Unit of Measure for the item.
- Quantity- total quantity of the item on layaway
- Unit Price - Unit price of the item which can be edited
- Ext Price - Extended Price - Unit Price multiplied by Quantity
- Tx - Tax rate applied to the item. Indicates H for High, L for Low or blank for None
If the item was flagged to record Serial Numbers, it would have been entered at the time of layaway or at sale.
Any Lot Number associated with the item at time of layaway or sale.
Total Weight of the item selected.
Settlements
View all payments made on a Layaway.
Settled displays the date payment was entered.
View Site ID for location payment was processed.
Operator provides the Operator ID of who entered the payment.
TTR, Transaction Tracking Record, for receipt of the payment.
Cash indicates the amount of cash received.
Check displays the amount of the check received.
Credit Card provides the amount of payment processed on a credit card.
