Customer Prepaid Audit
The Prepaid Audit report provides details on Prepaid activity by transaction date.

Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Menu Security > Reports module > Main Menu > Customer Appropriate. |

Create Your Report
Retain the transaction Date Range default of All Dates or remove the checkmark and create a date range by entering dates using the mm/dd/yyyy date format in both the From and To fields or use the available drop down calenadar.
Enter a Prepaid ID to report on a specific ID or create the report based on Prepaid Status by using the drop down list and choosiing Open or Closed. When reporting by Prepaid ID, the date fields become inactive.
Choose the sort order of the report using the Ordered By field and choose Prepaid ID, Customer Name, or Customer ID from the drop down list.
Include the TTR for transactions by selecting the Include TTR checkbox.

Select Preview to view the report onscreen.
Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.

Understanding Your Report
- Prepaid ID
- Status of Open or Closed
- Agreement Date
- Beginning Net Amount
- Beginning Total Balance
- Prepaid Transaction detail should be listed for each prepaid with the following columns:
- Transaction Date
- Transaction ID
- Transaction Type
- First settlement on a prepaid can be listed as a single transaction
- Item
- Description
- Quantity and Quantity Remaining
- Unit Price
- Usage Rate
- Usage $
- Settlement Type
- Extended Amount
