Customers Issued MSDS

Create a report of all customers who have been issued or have an expired Material Safety Data Sheet based on a specific date.

Access
Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Menu Security > Reports module > Main Menu > Customers.
Grant permission to the individual report > Customers > Customers Issued MSDS

Create Your Report

In the Customers with MSDS field, select an option from the drop down list.

  • Issued before- select to view customer accounts with MSDS issued before the specified date.
  • Expired before- select to view customer accounts with MSDS that expired before the specified date.
  • Choose a specific Date using the available drop down calendar.

Choose

  • Issued between- select to view customer accounts with MSDS issued between the dates specified.
  • Expired between- select to view customer accounts with MSDS that expired between the dates specified.
  • Create the date range Dates- select the date range.

Include Address Information by clicking the checkbox to include customer account addresses.

Select Preview to view the report onscreen.

Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.
