Cost Exceptions
Create a report to view changes to the Weighted Average Cost on items.
Access |
Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Menu Security > Reports module > Main Menu > Inventory Cost/Pricing |
Grant permission to the individual report> Inventory Cost/Pricing > Cost Exceptions |
Create Your Report
Mgmt Region Selection- All Management Regions selected by default. Select One Mgmt Region and enter a Region ID or select F12 to search.
Location Selection- All Locations selected by default. Select One Location and enter a Site ID or select F12 to search.
WAC Percent Change- Enter a Weighted Average Cost percent change for the report.
Order By- Select the order for the report,
- Item ID- Item ID
- WAC % Change Desc- Weighted Average Cost descending.
- WAC % Change Asc- Weighted Average Cost ascending.
Category- Select All, one or multiple Item Categories.
Commodity- Select All, one or multiple Commodities.
Select Preview to view the report onscreen.
Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.

Understanding Your Report
The Location, Commodity and Category ID and Name indicate how details on the report are grouped.
Each Item ID and Description for items with change to WAC are listed.
The item's Last WAC is displayed.
The Current WAC for the item is displayed.
Change % indicates the percent of change between the Last and Current WAC.
