Unsettled Split Child Orders

Create an Unsettled Split Child Order report to track any split orders that have not been fully settled. This report includes the order number, customer and value of the unsettled split order.

Access
Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Menu Security > Reports module > Main Menu > Orders
Grant permission to the individual report> Oil & Energy > Unsettled Split Child Orders

Select Preview to view the report onscreen.

Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.

 

Understanding Your Report

Date- The Date of the Split order.

Order Number- Order number

Site- Site ID where the order was entered.

Operator- Name of the Operator who entered the order.

Customer- Customer Name

Value- Amount of the Split Order that has not been settled.

Report Totals- Counts the number of Unsettled Split Orders and totals the Value column.
