Create a list report for Items that have been specified on Prepaids. Customize the report by selecting to include the Outstanding Quantity or all, one or multiple Item Categories.
Create Your Report
Choose a Report Type of Summary or Detail.
Use the checkbox Show O/S Limited Sales Qty to show outstanding Limited Sales Quantities on the report. This is the amount of an Item indicated on Prepaids less the Quantity sold.
In Location Selection, All Locations is selected by default. Select One Location and enter a Site ID or select F12 to search.
The Category section will allow selection of All, one or multiple Item Categories.
Select Preview to view the report onscreen.
Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.

Understanding Your Report
Items on Prepaids Summary
Item- Item ID Description- The Item Description
Category displays the Item Category and Name
Qty Prepaid is the total of Item on all Open Prepaids.
Qty Sold is the total quantity of the item sold and a Prepaid with the item was used to settle the order.
O/S Qty for Limited Sales indicates the amount of an Item indicated on Prepaids less the Quantity sold.
Items on Prepaids Detail
Fields not included on the Summary report are explained below.
Prepaid ID- The ID for the Prepaid
The Prepaid Customer Name.
Total row displays the Customer Totals for Qty Prepaid, Qty Sold and O/S Quantity for Limited Sales.
