Retail Price Changes
Create a Retail Price Changes report to review when L1 Current Prices changed or select to view any Future Pricing set on Items. Customize this report by selecting specific Item Categories or Manufacturers.

Create Your Report
Use the drop down list in Report Order and choose either
- By Category
- By Manufacturer
Select Print for Future Pricing to display any Future Pricing added to Items.
Print Price Changes Since defaults to current date. Select an alternate date using the available the drop down calendar or enter a date using the mm/dd/yy date format.
If Print for Future Pricing is selected, the Print Price Changes Since field label updates to Print Future Price Changes Until. This date defaults to the current date and can be updated using the available drop down calendar or enter a date using the mm/dd/yy date format for the date that Future Prices will take effect.
Check Show items with zero on hand to include items with no On Hand Quantity.
In Location Selection, all Locations are selected by default. Select One Location and enter a Site ID or select F12 to search.
In the Category section select All, one or multiple Item Categories.
In the Manufacturer section select All, one or multiple Manufacturers.
Select Preview to view the report onscreen.
Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.

Understanding Your Report
The Item ID is displayed.
Items will be grouped by the Item Categorydisplaying the Category ID and name
Mfr Item ID, Manufacturer's Item ID, if included on Item Detail.
Item Description displays the Item description.
Unit displays the Stocking Unit of Measure of the item.
Qty On Hand provides the current Quantity On Hand of the item.
Old Price of the item and Current Price, the Current L1 price of the item.
When creating the report, if Future Price was selected, the Future Price will be included
Eff Date is the Effective Date indicating the date the Current Price was put in place. If Future Pricing has been selected, this will be the date the Future Price will take effect.
