Compare the Net Sales by Day against one or two years prior for the same dates. Revenue, Margin and gross margin percentages will be compared. Customize this report by selecting a specific location or excluded Non Inventory Items and sales of Gift Certificates.

Create Your Report
Date Selection defaults to first of the month and previous day. Select the drop down calendars to select alternate dates.
All Locations selected by default in Location Selection. Remove the checkmark and enter Site IDs in both the From and To fields or select F12 to search.
Click Include Financial Info. to include Revenue, Gross Margin and Gross Margin Percentage on the report.
Select Exclude Non Inventory Items to exclude all Non Inventory items from the report.
Select Exclude Gift Certificate Items to exclude any Gift Certificate sales from the report.
Include Comparative Sales on the report by selecting either option or retain the default of None.

Understanding Your Report
Net Sales By Day with No Comparative Sales
Profit Center provides the Location ID and name.
Date(s) selected for the report are listed individually.
Quantity of Sales displays the number of sales for the Profit Center selected for the day.
Total Revenue revenue for the day.
The Gross Margin for the day.
GM% the Gross Margin percentage.
Subtotal displays totals for Quantity of Sales, Revenue, Gross Margin and calculates the Gross Margin Percentage for the Location.
Total Net Sales- The Revenue, Gross Margin and Gross Margin % columns for the report are totaled.
Net Sales by Day with Comparative Sales
All columns labeled Prior will include sales information for the Comparative Sales year selected.
