Sales, Promotion, and Coupon Impact
Create a Sales, Promotion and Coupon Impact report to lists Revenue and Gross Margin for orders impacted by a sale, promotion, or coupon.
Access |
Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Menu Security > Reports module > Main Menu > Sales |
Grant permission to the individual report > Sales > Sales or Promotion Impact |
Create Your Report
Use the drop down list in Type to select
- Sale
- Promotion
- Coupon
Enter the Sale, Promotion or Coupon ID in the Promotion field or select F12 to search.
Retain the default of All in Profit Center or choose one or multiple Profit Centers.

Select Preview to view the report onscreen.
Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.

Understanding Your Report
The Profit Center ID and Order Number
Date of the transaction
Customer ID and Name
Revenue generated by the transaction.
GM displays Gross Margin amount, the difference between Revenue and Cost of the item.
GM% provides the Gross Margin percentage.
Profit Center Totals shows totals of the Revenue, Gross Margin and GM percentage for each Profit Center on the report.
Grand Total shows the total of Revenue, Gross Margin and GM percentage for the entire report.
