Sales, Promotion, and Coupon Performance
Lists revenue and gross margin for orders impacted by a sale, promotion or coupon.
Access |
Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Menu Security > Reports module > Main Menu > Sales |
Grant permission to the individual report > Sales > Sales or Promotion Performance |
Create Your Report
From the drop down list in Type, select either
- Sales
- Promotion
- Coupon
Enter the Promotion ID or select F12 to search.
Select Group by Profit Center to group the report results by Profit Center ID.
Item Stock is active if Group by Profit Center is selected. Select
- Include All Items
- Only In-Stock Items
- Only Out-of-Stock Items
In the Profit Center section, select All, one or multiple Profit Centers.
Select Preview to view the report onscreen.
Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.

Understanding Your Report
Sales, Promotion, Coupon Performance report for a Coupon.
Item ID and Description the Item description
Current On Hand Quantity for the item.
Quantity Sold displays the quantity of the item sold using the coupon, or during the Sale, or Promotion period.
Revenue indicates the revenue generated.
GM shows the Gross Margin amount, the difference between the Revenue generated and the Item cost.
GM% displays the Gross Margin percentage.
